1. Who We Are
A3 TeleMed is an online teleconsultation service operated by A3 Health Care Solutions OPC. We connect patients with PRC-licensed physicians via phone call. By booking a consultation or purchasing a prepaid card, you agree to these Terms.
2. What Telemedicine Can and Cannot Do
Telemedicine is appropriate for:
- General consultations and check-ups
- Follow-up on lab results and chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, asthma)
- Prescription refills for known conditions
- Minor illnesses (cough, colds, UTI, skin conditions, etc.)
- Medical certificates and sick leave documentation
- Specialist referrals
- Mental health consultations (non-emergency)
- Chest pain, difficulty breathing, or suspected heart attack or stroke
- Severe allergic reactions
- Uncontrolled bleeding or serious injuries
- Loss of consciousness or seizures
- Psychiatric emergencies or active suicidal ideation
- Conditions requiring physical examination, surgery, or lab work before any diagnosis can be made
- Pediatric emergencies
- Obstetric emergencies (labor, severe pregnancy complications)
A3 TeleMed doctors will decline or refer out any case they assess as beyond the safe scope of teleconsultation. This is for your safety.
3. Medical Certificates — Important Notice
A3 TeleMed doctors can issue medical certificates, fit-to-work clearances, and sick leave documentation based on clinical assessment during your consultation.
Some employers, schools, or government agencies may not accept teleconsultation-based medical certificates. Company HR policies vary. We strongly recommend checking your employer’s policy before booking if your purpose is work-related documentation. A3 TeleMed is not liable for non-acceptance of documents by any employer, institution, or agency.
4. Consultations — Payment & Refund Policy
Standard consultation fee: ₱500 (promotional rate: ₱350)

We want to keep you as a patient. Rescheduling is always faster than a refund and you won’t lose your place.
5. Prepaid Cards (A3 For 3)
- Each card contains 3 consultation credits valid for any A3 TeleMed doctor.
- Credits do not expire. Use them at your own pace.
- Credits are transferrable — you may give your code to a family member or friend.
- Once a credit is redeemed (booking confirmed), it is non-refundable, regardless of consultation outcome.
- Unused credits are non-refundable but remain valid indefinitely. We will send you periodic reminders. You may also donate unused credits to another patient.
- You are responsible for keeping your prepaid code safe. A3 TeleMed is not liable for credits used by unauthorized persons with access to your code.
- A3 TeleMed reserves the right to void prepaid cards used in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms, without refund.
6. Parental Consent — Patients Under 18
Consultations for patients under 18 years of age must be requested by a parent or legal guardian. By booking on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian confirms they have authority to consent to medical consultation and collection of the minor’s health information, and accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of information provided.
7. Data Privacy (RA 10173 — Data Privacy Act of the Philippines)
We collect your name, date of birth, contact details, and health information for the sole purpose of providing medical consultation services.
- Used only to facilitate your consultation and generate your medical documents
- Stored securely and not sold or shared with third parties
- Shared only with your assigned doctor for the purpose of your consultation
- Retained as part of your medical record as required by law
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing clinic@a3telemed.com. By booking a consultation, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal and health information as described above.
8. Limitation of Liability
A3 TeleMed and its physicians provide teleconsultation services in good faith based on information provided by the patient. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the patient, non-acceptance of documents by employers or institutions, conditions not detectable without physical examination, or technical issues beyond our control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved under Philippine jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
A3 TeleMed may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version is always available at a3telemed.com/terms.
